The role of digital leisure in family context with adolescent: a systematic review

Database with all the reviewed articles (n=7292) with the exclusion criteria applied for the elaboration of the paper entitled "The role of digital leisure in family context with adolescent: a Systematic Review" according to the PRISMA 2020 Protocol. - The research questions are: RQ1. What are the references that have analysed the role of digital leisure in family relationships with adolescent children as the main research objective? RQ2. What methodology has been used for the study of digital leisure in family relationships with adolescent children? RQ3. What are the theories underlying the research on digital leisure in family relationships with adolescent children? RQ4. What are the most relevant results of research on digital leisure in family relationships with adolescent children? - Information sources: WoS, Scopus, ERIC, APA PsycARTICLE and Sociological abstract (final search 10/01/2022). - Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual actions. 2. Actions without technological mediation. 3. Theoretical contributions, other reviews, and meta-analyses. Moreover, any contribution that is not a scientific article will be rejected. 4. Joint digital leisure actions in regulated environments or interventions from schools or health system for example. - Inclusion criteria: 1. The research considers the leisure activity as a joint action between parents or grandparents and adolescents. 2. The shared activity is significantly mediated by digital technology devices or services 3. It is a quantitative, qualitative, or mixed research. 4. The joint action takes place within the family context itself and does not correspond to projects promoted form the school or health centres. - Studies included in review n=14.
